A true aromatherapy hydrolate is the water that is collected when plants are steam distilled, and that's it. Nothing else. This means that they should contain no additives, preservatives, or alcohol. Oshadhi offers 80 different hydrolate of which 70% are certified organic, for which are the pure and simple product from steam distillation.
