We are offering online order delivery at a standard shipping cost and a conditional free shipping benefit to our members.
Standard Shipping Cost
We are going to proceed with order dispatch by SF collect service (i.e. Shipping cost to be paid to courier directly when parcel arrival) to all orders checked out as non-member or ordered value below free shipping threshold. Surcharges are applied when falling into the surcharges policy of our appointed logistics & courier service provider (listed below).
Free Shipping on orders of net HK$888
We offer free shipping benefits to our members who can fulfill:
Once your purchase order hit the threshold of net HK$888 with qualified products, your order is eligible for free shipping with checkout under member login, whenever subjects to service surcharges imposed by our appointed logistics & courier service provider (listed below)
Be our member, by simply registering an online account ID at zero cost to enjoy free shipping over threshold. More benefits to our members, please refer to LEMOI membership program and consider.
We are offering 2 options of delivery within Hong Kong: 1) Self pick up option in-store; 2) Delivery Option by logistics provider:
1) Store pick up Option
You can consider picking up your order in our store by selecting delivery option "Self collection at LEMOI shop front" during the checkout process. Your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day (Tuesday to Saturday, excluding store close) and allow for selecting the upcoming 7 business days (Tuesday to Saturday, excluding store close) as pick up schedule.
Your paid order will be kept in store for 30 calendar days upon selected pick-up date or payment process completed date depending on whenever later. If your order is not being picked up against the mentioned pickup deadline, your order will be considered as an order cancellation without any pre-notices & refund arrangement.
If you are selecting "Cash on Delivery" service, your unpaid order will be kept in store for 7 calendar days upon selected pick-up date. If the order is not being picked up against the mentioned pickup deadline, your order will be considered as an order cancellation.

2) Logistics & Courier Service Provider Delivery Option
We are appointed SF express "standard express service" as our local courier service provider, who offers to door delivery service; Self Collection at SF Station; SF Service Center; EF Locker 7-eleven or Circle K.
Our free shipping services are exclusive of Residential & Remote addresses surcharge charged by courier partner.
These would be subjected to:
Residential Address: SF Express Residential Surcharge should be paid by customer on delivery arrival
Remote Area: Customer require to bear the cost of remote residential shipping rate on delivery arrival
Latest Remote & Residential Surcharges, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy are subjected to SF express website announced.

Order Dispatch & Delivery Lead Time
Order Dispatch Purchased items will be ready to dispatch within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), applicable to both order options of self-pickup and delivery. However, dispatch time for pre-order & customs blend items are subjected to separate agreements between LEMOI & client, that is not governed by 3-5 business days dispatch terms.
Delivery Lead Time SF express standard express service lead times are subjected to SF express website announcement. Shipments delivered to Hong Kong's residential address or Hong Kong's Designated Areas require an additional business day on delivery

Notification of shipment tracking number
Shipment tracking number will be available when you are selecting SF express as delivery option and you will receive an email with the tracking number with details as soon as your order is dispatched.
If you are selecting self pick up option in-store, a notification of "arrived" will be emailed to you when your order is ready for pick up in-store.
Acceptance of Your Order
Acceptance of your order will be completed when we email you to confirm that the goods have been dispatched.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment within 7 calendar days; that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item; that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.
Returns for Replacements
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have a concern about the quality of our product, please contact us via "Shop and Customer Comments" along with the concerned order with product batch no., expiry date and product name & photo(s) and the reason(s) that you are dissatisfied.
Any returns due to quality issues must contact us within 7 days of the order picked/arrival. Unfortunately, we do not accept product returns if you have changed your mind or don't like the scent.
We may request you to return the unused product before processing the replacement. Any returns would be needed to send into our retail store located in Ngau Tau Kok.
