Delivery Options & Charges
- Free Hong Kong-wide delivery for registered members on orders of HK$888 or above (after all discounts applied)
- Orders below HK$888 will be arranged by SF Collect-on-Delivery (recipient pays the delivery fee directly to the SF Express appointed staff)
- Additional surcharges for residential buildings, remote areas, or outlying islands (if applicable) will be determined and collected by SF Express at the time of delivery
- Address: Room I, Unit A, 8/F, Chuan Yuan Factory Building, 342-344 Kwun Tong Road, Ngau Tau Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong
- Ready for collection within 1–3 working days (Tuesday–Saturday, 12:00–19:00) after payment confirmation.
- We will contact you to arrange a pickup appointment once your order is ready (usually within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation)
- Paid orders are held for 30 calendar days upon appointment date
- Uncollected orders will be automatically cancelled after the holding period. Paid orders will not be refunded.
- In-stock items: dispatched within 3–5 working days (Tuesday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Pre-order and custom-blended items follow separately agreed timelines.
- Actual Delivery lead time follows SF Express’s latest published standards.
