This Privacy Policy sets out how LEMOI Aromatherapy & Wellness Company Limited (“LEMOI”, “we” or “us”) collects, uses, manages, and protects your Personal Data (as defined below) and other information (collectively “Data”) you may provide to us through our websites, online store, newsletters, or other interactions.
Any personal identifiers (“Personal Data”) may include but is not limited to your name, title, telephone number, email address, mailing address, payment details, copies (and other details) of identity documents, or other contact and personal details.
Personal Data may be collected as a result of or in connection with any of the following:
1. any application for participating in events, workshops, programs, and any other types of activities organized by LEMOI from time to time;
2. the purchase of products from LEMOI;
3. subscription of various services provided by LEMOI and the administration in relation thereto; or
4. receiving newsletters and other information about LEMOI and/or its partners in relation to aromatherapy, skincare, wellness, and related services (collectively the “Services”).
The Website is powered by SHOPLINE, with brand journaling and newsletters hosted on Substack, and email marketing facilitated by Smartpush. All Personal Data collected is used exclusively within LEMOI Aromatherapy & Wellness Company Limited and is not sold or rented to third parties.

All Personal Data is collected, used, disclosed, and retained by LEMOI in accordance with all relevant laws, regulations, and/or license requirements, including but not limited to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (the “Ordinance”). 3. To activate and/or renew the Services to which you may have subscribed;

3. any government and regulatory authorities and other organisations as required or authorised by law;
4. our professional advisors, including our accountants, auditors, lawyers, and insurers; and
5. any other parties whom you have expressly authorized LEMOI to make such disclosures as may be reasonably necessary or expedient to procure or fulfill your request(s) for the Services.
Subject to your consent for LEMOI to use your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes, we may disclose your Personal Data (including but not limited to your name and contact particulars) to any consultants both in Hong Kong and overseas engaged by LEMOI to provide direct marketing services. You may withdraw your consent and opt out from receiving direct marketing material and/or communications from the relevant Services at any time.
LEMOI has no control over any act of any third party; the privacy protection stated in this Privacy Policy does not apply to the information which has been disclosed to any third party incidental to or in the course of our operation or in providing our services. Under and in accordance with the terms of the Ordinance, you have the right at all times to:

2. request LEMOI to correct any of your Personal Data that is inaccurate or no longer applicable (the “Data Correction Right”);
3. request LEMOI to specify its policies and practices in relation to your Personal Data and be informed of the kind of personal data held by LEMOI (the “Right of Disclosure”); and
4. request LEMOI to cease using your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes.
In accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance, LEMOI has the right to charge a reasonable fee for the processing of any data access or correction request and you will be advised in advance of the applicable fees, if any.
Any opt-out requests, requests for access, and requests for correction of your Personal Data are to be addressed to lemoiskincare@gmail.com . We will process such requests within 14 working days.
This Privacy Policy may be revised, changed, or modified by us from time to time and all handling of Personal Data will be governed by the most recent version of this Privacy Policy, available on our website at lemoiskincare.com.
