Please inform your consultant of any specific physical conditions or injuries at the time of booking. Expectant mothers and those with infectious conditions are not eligible for this service.
Booking: All sessions are one-on-one by appointment only. Full payment is required to confirm your booking, and payments are non-refundable. For any rescheduling, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance; each booking is eligible for one-time rescheduling.
Punctuality: To ensure the full duration of your session, please arrive on time. For arrivals 10 minutes or more late, the session time will be reduced accordingly.
Inclement Weather: Services will be cancelled if a Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 is hoisted. We will contact you to reschedule as soon as we resume operations.
